TERMS & CONDITIONS

The South African justice system does not differentiate between different types of criminals when holding an accused person in the Police cells. Rapists, Murderers and other hard-core and dangerous criminals are housed in the same cells with petty offenders and those offenders who are arrested for outstanding traffic fines or speeding. The thought of spending time in prison is horrifying especially if the reason for being behind bars is because you cannot afford to post bail. That is where bail Protect comes in.
Bail Protect may be the difference between spending a night in prison with hardened criminals or not. The Bail Assistance service provides the posting of bail following the arrest for a lesser offense. Our constitution guarantees the right to freedom and to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. You have a right to be granted bail and our service enables you to enforce this constitutional right.
We have a team of qualified legal personnel who would assist with an in-depth legal advice and guidance regarding your detention and your right to be granted bail. It is a relief to know that if you are arrested there is a team of qualified lawyers, who are available 24/7, to guide through this traumatic experience and assist in posting bail on your behalf.
We have made a maximum amount of R3000 available to you per annum for the purpose of posting bail. This service does not include a bail application.
